The Six Tran Disciplinary Themes

Six Tran disciplinary themes are dealt with in Grades 1 to V and 3 themes in the Kindergarten . Beside the yearly Tran disciplinary lines of inquiry, students also receive daily instruction in Mathematics , Reading and Writing, to ensure that they continue to develop their skills in those fundamental subject areas.

Learning about the nature of ourselves. (physical, mental, social, spiritual) our responsibilities, rights & duties, cultural values etc, .Knowing about our relationship with friends, family, communities etc, and also what it means to be human.

OUR EXPRESSION:-
How we express our ideas, values beliefs, feelings, culture etc. through different languages and art forms such as dramatics, dance, martial arts, paintings etc. The different ways in which we reflect on, enjoy our creativity, our appreciation of beauty...
WORLD LAWS:-
Knowing about the natural world and its laws. The interconnection between the physical, biological and human society. The impact of science and technology on the society and the environment.
OUR SYSTEM:-

Gaining knowledge on the interconnection between human made systems and communities. Understanding the structure and function of various organizations and their impact on society and environment.
OUR RESPONSIBILITIES TOWARDS UNIVERSE: -

Knowing about the relationship within and between people, other living things and communities. The approach to equal opportunities and conflict resolution. How human beings share the natural resources with other living things.
