‘The Second Strategic Plan Meet, 2013’ held at The Park, Hotel, Hyderabad on the 18th and 19th October 2013.

The special guest Mr. Venkatapathi Raju, Former Indian cricketer, has shared his experience with the participants. He said that equal importance to be given to all sports.

The special guest of the second day Mr. Dr. C N Gopinath Reddy, Ex-DGP, AP Police, also has shared his experience with the participants. According to him any matter in the form of a file of an individual should have a human touch. It is very important for the administrator to listen carefully to everyone and do the needful with a human touch. He urged to be a good teacher first and then an administrator/leader.

Meeting was ably chaired by Mrs Chitra Gurumurthy, Former Education Director, KVS/CBSE. She came with the bundle of experience and shared her views with all the participants on various aspects of syllabus, curriculum and education in total. supported by Mr. Janajit Ray, Country Head – Academics, MDN Edify Education pvt ltd., The Director Mr. AK Agarwal and Vice President Ms. Kavitha Jain shared their enterprising experience through the meeting.

The theme for the meet was “Admissions and Retention of students”.

The objective of the meeting was to take Edify Schools to next level of excellence by satisfying the needs of all stake holders of school viz., Learners, Facilitators, Parents and Management.

The most exciting moment of the meet was the launching of new 3C monogram by the chief guest Dr. C N Gopinath Reddy, depicting the 3C philosophy based curriculum of Edify Schools. Later he also released the Edify Corporate magazine for the quarter – “Imprints”. Ms. Niti Mahendra, Principal, Edify School Bangaluru and Mr. Joseph David, Principal, Aura Edify School Perinthelmanna were felicitated by Mr. A K Agarwal, Director, for their contribution made towards MDN Edify Education Pvt Ltd. All the participants were given the certificate of participation by Mrs. Chitra Gurumurthy. All principals appreciated Edify management for the open minded and collaborative approach.

The principals of Edify schools have volunteered as regional co-coordinators for organizing training programs. The two day meeting concluded with motivating appreciation for each other and progressive decisions and action plan for academic year 2014-15 for all Edify schools.

The aspiring principals of Edify schools participated in the meeting enthusiastically, reinforcing their commitment and passion towards Edify Philosophy and Vision.
